I really like this guy we have been playing around with each other and spending time together but I don't know if he feels the same I want to ask him but it i don't want to ruin our friendship. Can you help me please!?

You need to tell him how you feel. If he was ever really your friend he will not be freaked out and still want a friendship
Well I think that you should be honest with him and let him know. I've been through the same thing. But I realize that he would never know if i never told him. So do what your heart tells you to do.
Just be honest, to yourself and to him, sometimes we have to let go some of our feelings inside for us to be free and feel free, so get your ass up and tell him.
its time you get movin..go tell him and let him know you mean it.. do what your heart says.. so go tell him...
